Overvalued, and probably a 100-point list of demands the guy must/must not haves. At 42 she may be a single mom, not great to get involved with. Plus she is 5’ 11” so she wants someone taller than her, and that reduces the pool of eligible men down by a factor of 25, just on this one requirement alone.
