The Deep State planned and instigated the war. It is part of a long term project to weaken Russia and bring about regime change.

Our involvement in Ukraine goes back to overthrowing the democratically elected government that was friendly to Russia and installing a puppet regime that we were able to use in our effort to destabilize Russia.

George Soros has always favored the destabilization of Russia so, of course, he favored this war. George Soros wants “one world centralized government,” not independent nations deciding their own policies.

The interesting part of the “new world order’s” position on the war they initially supported is that because it is failing a crack in the support of it has begun; witness the recent NYT editorial board calling for negotiations that would cede territory to Russia and that increasing numbers of Republican congressmen have started to vote against our involvement.

There is desperation and panic...a desire to get out before they suffer a humiliating defeat.

Trump's overthrow is disastrous to the USA and the world. The Democrat Russia collusion drumbeat was likewise disastrous. It forced Trump to be much more bellicose toward Russia than he, as a canny businessman, would have been. Trump's instinct would have had USA and Russia firmly neighborly as with neighbors who don't particularly like each other but do respect each other and do not throw trash on each other's lawns or break each other's windows.

Trump could not deal rationally with Putin because to do so would have got him quickly impeached and removed, even while Republicans had congressional majorities.
