mein gott, where do you live? I consider myself lucky with my 5 acres on a three-mile road with about 10 houses! I found my Wide Open Spaces....but yours sounds tempting!
Where? Right smack in the middle of the Old Oregon Territory. Between the northern Cascades, the Kanadien border, and the Rockies, there is a lot of room. My highway is the only place in the country, I’m pretty sure, where I can drive 129 miles without slowing down. And except for deer, cows, and dumbasses, I hardly ever do.
