Photo is much smaller the 20MB max, is in jpeg format.
Even tried adding a PNG formatted photo, no luck.
What am I doing wrong, TS help was no help
I had stuff like that happen while I was configuring my profile page, and it turns out that I just needed to open it in a new tab, and it immediately worked. Something in the tab I started working in got corrupted, I guess. Worth a try.
