Durham has behaved in a lassei faire manner all the way through, in a DC court case no less. That seemed like funny business to me. Durham is a serious man. Gotta be a reason.
DC is the place of the crime, and the seat of our federal government. I think trials can be moved allright, but not entirely out the state, or in this case the district, wherein the federal crime occurred.
* I think a jury is nullified when proven to be fixed or in some way compromised by a juror(s) to obtain a given verdict. Conflicts of interest and bias were screaming, everywhere.
To me, the jury is a classic RICO example. Seems it should go, therefore, to the US SC, which is, conveniently, located inside the DC district.
Durham is curiously not appealing anything. Yet...

Sussman was proven he billed HRC and she paid him, for his billable hours, for launching the big lie with the FBI, in his meeting with pal Jim Baker.
Sussman compounded the Big Alpha Lie with his introductory lie when he texted that he was coming to Baker, not representing any client, but only “wanted to help the Bureau”. They met the following day.
Robbie Mook was actually the one who dropped the hammer on HRC, volunteering that of course, HRC knew the Alpha Bank [hoax] was troublesome and uncorroborated, completely unproven, but, she directed the fixers to go forth, anyway. Mook all but quoted her.
(Nancy Pelosi also gave a fine tutorial on “the WRAP”, months ago.)
And that was the purpose of the trial, to get that piece of evidence out into the public domain. Sussmann was small potatoes; Hillary was the target.
Mook was a defense witness, but he hung the whole thing around Hillary's neck. There are no coincidences. This was planned by Durham.
