It appears you are correct, Stylin. Supposedly the prosecution can’t appeal when the defendant is found Not Guilty, but what about the massive conflict of interest of the judge and jury? If not then either, I’m guessing that Durham just used this trial to get others tied up and into the public awareness.
Well, I hope Durham has Sussman lined up for something else.
