Biden and Harris would be impeached, convicted and removed from office. The House would choose Trump as Speaker, who would then assume the presidency.
how would the timing of this work ?
POTUS & VPOTUS impeached and removed from office together ?
It would seem the existing Speaker would immediately be given and take the oath of office for POTUS.
