Thanks for your thoughts, Publius.

Here is link to his comments on how Trump could be back in office:

I have a few thoughts which I will state in brief, in response, about how he could return outside the Constitution.

I don’t think the emergency would require a nuke strike. To my simple mind, the EOs and PEADs which have been widely discussed, including in the Devolution articles, could be implemented with other emergencies. A stolen election that has had foreign interference and US citizens acting as their agents could easily be sufficient.

Your second extra-Constitutional method is essentially the same as yours, the only difference being that mass arrests of traitors and criminals in the government (and in other institutions etc) would be so huge that it could easily trigger the PEADs etc, and require a new administration, with very likely interim Mil. control and as you posit, new elections that are clean.

Hell has frozen over.

In Wyoming, pre rally, Kevin McCarthy just heartily endorsed Harriet Hageman to replace Liz Cheney, "who has done nothing but attack President Donald J. Trump."

At this point, the only question I have is: Are the White Hats going to wait until after the mid-terms to make their move?

That one right there is what my instincts are telling me as well. It's technically "outside the Constitution" simply because it's never happened before.

Also, I'd love to be added to your ping list for posts like this, if you have one. This stuff is so fascinating to me.
