Who does that then stops for gas?

A helicopter surveilled him the whole time. Same color bike and helmet as the one the police originally spotted. His behavior upon being approached by the police would suggest that he is guilty. These guys break the law every second they are on their bikes. They are a nuisance. We just had two of them killed here in Maryland. These things should be ridden off road or out in the rural areas.
I’m well aware of what goes on in Maryland with motorcycles and ATVs.
Ask yourself why that stuff does NOT happen in Virginia.
