There’s no mention at all of the fact that a large number of lives will be saved. Yes, some women hellbent on aborting will drive long distances to Illinois or the Northeast or swing a Gavin Newsom abortion-tourist junket to sunny California. But many won’t. It’ll be too much trouble. And the mere inconvenience will be a reminder that they’re doing the wrong thing.
