I got the first shot and two months later before the second I got shingles. Luckily it wasn’t very painful, just itchy, probably because I had the shot. My wife had a very painful episode on her back and so did a former boss. I had a ring around my neck like a pheasant. My doctor was fascinated that I got it after the first shot.

Heavy doses of lysine will help with shingles. Just don’t quit taking it after the shingles appear to have ceased. Take it for about 4 more weeks.

I have read of increased cases of shingles in women who have received the COVID vaccines.

I thought Shingles was one-sided?

Either you got it on your left side or your right, but not both?

I don’t remember where I heard that
