I tried glutathion 1st but its not as effective as the NAC.
This is the lung clearing stuff they tried to label as a non starter for Covid relief but it is one of the good ones. Was taking it for its energy benefits long before Covid was introduced. I dont know what good thr glycerin does but I take NAC every day.

How do we get anything like an assay on a supplement? Who knows what’s in ‘em? Reputation of the seller, and reviews, are important. But - are there simple tests for some of these?
