He explains a lot of that on his podcasts. A great number of dropoff boxes had no video surveillance, and in Arizona they actually turned the cameras off.
And he also points out that geotracking is far more accurate than video footage in terms of determining if someone was at a certain location at a certain point in time.

YES. I was telling my wife the same thing! I kept waiting for that footage, and it was never shown.
The main problem is that none of the videos show evidence on who the ballots were for!
Before jumping on me .. We know in our minds who the ballots were for but unfortunately... In our minds is not proof!🥴

I haven’t seen it yet, but heard a couple interviews that stated that at least one mule traveled among several counties, to multiple boxes, in one night. Maybe it wasn’t mentioned verbatim in the film. I don’t know.
