If I told you what I had to witness between her and her many boyfriends (while she was married) I think you’d agree that I was provoked. And she told me that if I told my bio dad, she would kill me.

No doubt. That was the command to her, and she disobeyed.

But the command to you, doesn't make any exception for her disobedience.

I don't doubt that you are justified in being provoked to wrath.

But your choice is clear.

• You can withhold forgiveness and live your life in anger and resentment and that will affect who you are and how you treat your mom and others. Or...
• You can forgive her. Honor your mother. Put away anger and resentment. And try to be the best person you can be.

Which person do you want to be?
