I believe that this trial is about Sussman lying to the General Counsel of the Eff Bee Eye (James Baker).
The case is being tried by Judge Christopher Cooper who is married to Amy Jefferies. The same Amy Jefferies who was Lisa Page’s lawyer. James Baker was Lisa Page’s Boss during that time while “investigating” (digging up dirt) on Donald J. Trump (BEST PRESIDENT EVAH!!!!!) for “Russia, Russia, Russia” stuff.
Certain of President Trump allies are optimistic about the latest development in John Durham’s investigation but are still concerned that Attorney General Merrick Garland might halt the investigation to protect Demon-rat allies and even the president (Brandon) himself. This is the same Merrick Garland who presided over the Judge Cooper and Lawyer Amy Jefferies wedding.

Oh, I forgot...While all this stuff was going on, the IG (Horowitz) decided that something fishy was going on so he wagged his finger and said “Bad Boy, Bad Boy”. As a result of this “SEVERE Admonishment”, James Baker picked up his toys and left the Eff Bee Eye with his tail tucked and head hung low.
