NOoooo NO!! I left a Tootsie Roll for the dog there!!!
In planting a garden, my wife and I went out to water a few tomato plants we’d already dropped in. While watering, I looked over and deer tracks already adorned the well tilled soil. My wife was nice enough to point out there were plenty of tracks. Just after I said “Well if Ruger” (our dog, name changed to protect the innocent) “would keep the deer out of here instead of playing with them!”
No sooner had I finished saying that and my wife says “Well look!” and I’ll be darned if the dog hadn’t located a young deer in the neighbors tall grass and chased it into the woods.
Maybe the world is almost done with a major correction after all?
