And the 'treaty' will not require Senate approval - because most of them want it but don't want to take the responsibility with the 'voters' - or with history.
They are claiming these are "amendments" to a treaty the Senate ratified. But these "amendments" would change it to a treaty the Senate has NOT ratified. I don't thin they can do that, not that they won't. But it will be illegitimate.
The WHO crapola is toothless and unless Bitem and his crew of evil fools voluntarily succumb (which they are likely to do of course), the WHO has absolutely no power to do squat. The punishment for not obeying is... getting kicked out of the WHO!
