I am gardenless this year and it is making me twitchy. Ordinarily, I’d have tomatoes and cakes and beans and basil in the ground. This year, we have to travel East for my husband’s daughter’s wedding, so there goes 2 weeks in June. When we come back, I will likely have a hip replacement qnd be out of commission for some weeks. My daughter is getting married in September so I am trying to be done with recovery by that time. I might try planting beans when we get back, also lettuce and radish, beets and kale. It’s a fall garden for me this year!
Maybe I can help....

Are they easier to grow than bake?
