Alabama? Our governor signed a bill preventing employers from requiring the vaccine for employment. Is this some kind of defense contractor or something, that falls under the federal mandate?

The company is ULA. The job does not require a security clearance but just be ITAR compliant and thats easy. You're right about Kay Ivey signing the vaccine bill...so I'm not sure whats up with that. Maybe ULA Human Resources just hasnt updated their default company pitch to job prospects?
