This moron hasn't a clue. Overturning RvW means that the states will be the deciding factor. Each state will have jurisdiction to make that decision for itself just as the constitution directs. Abortion WILL NOT be made illegal unless a state passes a law (FOR THAT STATE ONLY) saying so and that will not happen.
