I have not, but I ordered it based on this article and subsequent research it inspired me to read.

Given I don’t have issues, I am probably going to take 50% of the recommended dose (1 pill) as it’s $200 for 60 pills.

My interest is more related to heart benefits because that’s what kills people in my family.

My theory is to prevent damage before it becomes symptomatic, so I prophylacticly take all sorts of supplements, heavy on sea, spice, and other plant products.

I’ll tell you in 20 years if this works.

So far, so good. I objectively look/feel very healthy and have good lab work.

I currently take a magnesium omega 3’s vitamin d melatonin and phosphseylcholine for brain health.

I might try this.

Currently I take a brain health supplement called alpha brain.

I just checked the ingredients. One is phosphsesydleserine. So I’ll have to cut way back on this and not renew it.

Looks too like I’ll have to shift from serine to glycine
