I wouldn’t term it as weird but that lunchmeat that used to have coarse pepper on it ( old fashioned i think they called it) i don’t seam to be able to find anymore.

I wouldn’t term it as weird but that lunchmeat that used to have coarse pepper on it ( old fashioned i think they called it) i don’t seam to be able to find anymore. I remember those days also, one would ask the butcher for a 1/2 lb of salami and he would cut it, and wrap it in butcher paper.
Around the mid-80's zip-lok bags became popular at deli counters.
