Can’t understand why so many female prison guards fall for the convicts they are supposed to guard. This is not the only case by any means. Convicts are generally scum of the earth and these woman should know that, working around them in a prison/jail. There must be some deep flaw in their character that would let a woman sleep with criminals.
I did some contract work in a couple of prisons a few years ago. I was told that the number one reason female employees ( of all sorts, guards, clerical, medical, whatever) get fired is relationships with inmates.
A lot of those guys can spot vulnerabilities in women a mile away and know just how to exploit them. They’ve been doing that with the women in their lives since childhood, for the most part.
That’s not to absolve the women of responsibility for their own actions. Prisons do warn women about this.
