>>Well, if there’s one thing the poor could really use, it’s the ability to stream movies!

Its a basic human right don’t you know....and racist if you don’t provide it.

Free obamao phones, foodstamps, section8 housing, free health care and now really, really cheap internet....it pays to be poor.

The Federal poverty line for 1 person is $12880. Higher for larger households.

This will likely include some non taxable money, like a Roth extraction.

200% of that would be $25K. Don’t know why they didn’t just say X2, because a 200% increase on 12,880 is actually 3X, not 2X.

No. I wouldn’t want any of it. The housing is awful and this internet speed is crap. Do not be jealous. They are not going to have an enjoyable situation.

I am eligible, and I have current service and it costs 100 per month for internet only. I live where there is no other way to get television but with cable or internet. That is highway robbery. If competition was allowed by government, I would be getting service for approximately $30 a month anyway. A proper government state or local would REQUIRE transmitters to reach outliers like my locale, of FCC licensed stations who are allowed a monopoly on the airwaves.
