In (1982) jump school... my first jump was out of a C-123 Provider. A baby version of a C-130 Hercules.
In jump school, we also jumped out of C-130’s, and... the Jumpmaster said with a great big smile on his face, that we would be jumping from the Cadillac- a C-141 Starlifter, known in Viet Nam, as the Freedom Bird!
