I think only for military.

And “correctly” never will happen again. We know the shenanigans/crimes done in nursing homes in 2022. I believe it’s not new. I ran elections for a large city in the ‘80s when League Of Women Voters took ballots to shut-ins; I never believed they were on the up-and-up. Nobody paid attention to my concerns.

Ideally, there’s a way for all voting to be legal and without fraud. Maybe in Heaven.
