Highly doubtful Orc officers would NOT skim. Skimming and outright theft is and has been part of the Orc culture for at least 500 years.

If you only knew how many hours I watched the big screens at NORAD Cheyenne Mountain as we ran scenarios of nuke war with the Soviets.
I remember telling a fellow airman that some day, some madman will press the button, and that’s it, lights out. I said this was inevitable.
When the Soviet Union fell, I was ecstatic that this outcome I had predicted was behind us. OR so I thought.
Regardless the outcome of the fighting in the Ukraine, I am extremely pissed at Putin and his nuclear threats; and any Russian supporter here, who often makes a good argument about Russian goals, turns me into an enemy when they approve of Russian nuclear threats, and the idea that the Russians could prevail in such an outcome.
If you’re conservative and oppose Biden’s support of Zelensky, well, good for you, and I am not picking a side, even though I thought Russia was wrong to invade. Doesn’t mean I want us to get involved. It’s not our fight.
BUT if you hail the nuclear threats from Russia, you are a GD bastad!
