Everything you’ve seen or heard about font sizes, grey-scale, centering, layering, etc (there are many videos on youtube) ARE ALL TRUE
The one about all that being the result of OCR was an absolute lie.
I did imaging software FOR A LIVING. I could be called as an expert witness in court. I knew within 5 minutes of it being released that it was a fake.
I also have many years of experience in EDMS and could testify the same. I still have the abomination of a document on a computer here somewhere.
I am pretty much graphically-challenged. However, I downloaded the PDF from the WH website the night it came out. The only graphics program I had was one called Inkscape, which I had never used. I opened the image and it took only a minute or so for me learn how to tear it apart. They made a rookie mistake in forgetting to collapse the layers.
