Hello, hello, I’m fine!
I just have an incredible amount of Dad Drama going on right now. It’s just an absolute nightmare. I had this post all typed out and then poof, it disappeared lol.
So we are dealing with my 93 yr/o dad and his beyond crazy third wife. And her children who are absolutely useless 💩.
Things have been going downhill for the past 3 yrs, but manageable up until my dad had surgery in April. And I knew the anesthesia was going to mess his brain up, but it’s really bad. Like it’s a daily nightmare.
I’ve been to Cali several times (one for a funeral for my friend). And am leaving on Mon again to accomplish nothing 😂.
We get a plan together and my dad goes ballistic. His wife has threatened to kill people, so we keep losing caregivers. Funny how that is.
My dad is extremely angry, like scary angry. He’s threatened to go missing, disappear, leave and I have threatened to have his license revoked if he does and is found.
He’s Mr CoDependent so he won’t leave her. She hates him, wishes she’d never marry him... so good times, good times. Did I mention how unhelpful her own children are?? Yeah, thanks kids!
