wildly inconvenient ways to store your valuables

Ha. Most of those methods would result in the money being accidentally thrown in the trash.

My favorite method for stashing cash is to unscrew a receptacle or switch plate and stuff it in there. Another fave is to remove the plate that covers the element on the side of a water heater stuff it in there. (Electrician was my first trade lol)

I talked to a man who went to visit his country grandfather (who was a neighbor of mine) years ago. He was playing with some pipes in the yard, and his grandpa told him to leave them alone. His grandpa took one, screwed the end cap off and out poured a stack of quarters! And there were a bunch of pipes scattered all over the yard! Well, apparently this guy wasn't on speaking terms with his folks.... and as luck would have it after grandpa died, they came and cleaned up the yard and threw all those pipes away!
