Lol Thanks for the laughs here with this fugus replacing meat. I ate a good beef sausage today with delicious pickle and a bit of pepper jack cheese on the side. Two slices of toasted 12 grain bread.

Though with soaring meat prices, maybe I will give this fugus a try. Sounds better than Soylent Green.

There is something im-morel about fermenting fungus. Hunt for some wild mushrooms (bring your 12 gauge with buck shot for the other mushroom hunters), lightly bread them and fry them up. Yum yum.
