I didn't get into the details of why that isn't a T-90M.

1. The metal grid or cage all around is missing.
2. the wheel guards are not not on that tank. Some small pieces of the wheel guard is on the ground.
3. Note the barrel I think it's a cooling device or thermal shroud isn't placed right. That looks more like the older M829A2 canon.

I think the gun in that pic is a 2A46M-1 used on early T-90 versions. note the placement of the thermal shroud. These thermal shrouds are also a threaded extension for the barrel they can't be moved.
