If the Wordle is causing you to judge yourself negatively, you can let it go. On the other hand, if you think it’s fun, carry on.
I see the Wordle more as a gauge as to how my brain is functioning. I do crosswords for the same reason. As for judging myself, that died a long time ago. It’s not a question of fun or not — just another tool to help me understand my abilities at a certain time. It could be, if I did it later in the day, the score may be entirely different. For now, it is what it is, and there will be another one tomorrow. So no worries!
