Glad they finally got out!
Yes, I flew on Airbuses a couple of times in my Middle East days - not bad at all.
It was a relief to know they were finally able to leave, but I can’t imagine the nightmare of having to make all the changes in ground transportation and hotels, just because of that one cancellation. It most certainly had a snowball effect.
I certainly wouldn’t want an overnight flight on anything smaller and that’s a fact. I had an entire short row to myself, both ways.
