She’s a twerp. I say I’ll miss any of my family members when they’re not underfoot, but I’m being polite.
We have said goodbye to Bill. I’ll text him after our campout to see if he’s settling in okay, which I’m sure he will be. Hang up a shower curtain, sleep on the sofa with Little Kitty until he buys a bed.
It’ll be an experience for him one way or another, and I’m glad he decided to do it.
I remember saying to one of the young ArGees who didn’t seem interested in going to college, “Then go to NYC and try to make your fortune. You may succeed. And if you fail, you won’t have a better time in your life to recover.” He didn’t take the advice. He eventually got a degree.
