Not bad, thank you. I’ve shoo’d a group of bros off to Bill’s to pick up furniture. Now I need to clean some things.

I was awakened yesterday morning by an incipient cramp in my right calf muscle, and it still hurts today, along with my foot and ankle. I may have to take more pills.
