My FD and The Guy signed the papers on their new house yesterday and slept in it last night. I’m really happy for them, but not their mortgage payments!

Nice! Do they live anywhere near you?

Nah. Berthoud, CO. Out in the country, in a brand new house.

They ordered it to specs. They’re so happy with it, and therefore, I’m happy for them! It’s about 3000 sq feet, 1500 upstairs and a full, finished basement.

I’ve got a ton of pics of the progress! Amazing! Dark gray exterior with a red door — really stuning!
