Exactly. Dogs at least give a warning when they’re about to spew. Cats go someplace out of sight, find your favorite thing in that room and spew on it. Then come out looking for approval.

If mine is on the hardwood floor or on tile, *he will run to the nearest carpet* to offload. And then look smug about it.

It’s a good thing he’s so sweet and affectionate.

When I had cats, I found that to be true... they always preferred offloading on the carpeted areas...
