The manager brought me some red paint yesterday and said if I got a doorknob, I could take the cost of it off the rent. She also said she would see about approval in writing for FS to put the peephole in.

FS is going to pick up the doorknob and bring me a brush and paint stirrer, and I’ll be able to paint the door myself. Yay me! Of course, it will be next week before I make it work.
