In 2011, the tower served as the backdrop for the semester photo of Fons Matthias Hickmann 's class at the Berlin University of the Arts . The class members stand on the outside staircase of the building. [2] This motif was later picked up by the band Rammstein : On the cover of the album Zeit , which will be released in 2022, the band members are also standing on the outside staircase of the building.
