I wonder if dj is seeing it (influx of out of staters, new apartments going up, all over, etc), in Longview area.

Now in Longview the crime has gone up tremendously as is the theft.
Hallsville is definately not building anything as in apartments but Home rentals are up but rather pricey!
The Longview Area is building more businesses and restaurants on our loop 259!

No, I haven’t. This town is spread out, so there’s some areas I don’t get to much. But most new growth is in the area I’m in.
