I think today is the last day of school, for many districts...some have already finished.
We watched elementary school kids singing the National Anthem, at the ballgame, last night.
Bittersweet.
My heart breaks for these Uvalde parents who won’t see their children grow up....sing, school activities, etc.
All those families having to bury their child. It’s heartbreaking, I can’t imagine the grief; the parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles, cousins... their lives won’t be the same.
