Treaties don’t override our Constitution.

If a treaty purports to supersede our Constitution, that treaty is unenforceable.

Understood.

But who does the enforcing of constitutional provisions and restrictions?

The same Justice Department that doesn't enforce many constitutional provisions and many constitutional laws?

The same Justice Department that manufactures evidence and persecutes critics of liberal administrations?

The same elected officials and bureaucrats of the executive branch who do not enforce many of our laws and perverts the enforcement of others (ie: Patriot Act)?
