One more thing..seems the crazy criminals are hitting our local retail stores,by spraying pepper spray in the faces of retail workers to steal merchandise!

Two incidents already happened at the JC Penney Store in the Mall and now the recent in a Ulta Store in our area!

The criminals so far only described as four females as the perps!

So this is where we are at in East Texas Longview!

So CRAZY!!

So add assault to shoplifting/stealing as the crimes they will never be charged with.
