I just saw on FBN that the Twitter deal is on hold. Didn’t catch the details.
Apparently in an SEC filing, Twitter said their Spam & Bot accts were less than 5%, but Elon doesn't believe that & wants further verification. He thinks there are more than 5% of the accounts.
That is, if you believe that the spam/bot accts is the real reason he is stalling.
