Our new resort owner has gotten a subscription through Elon Musk’s Starlink system, so at some point, I should be able to have a decent amount of bandwidth to use, and- to keep in touch with all of my dear friends here at the Trump Family Train! Woot! Woot! ALL ABOARD!
The power company that “owns” the lake and its water rights- SCE: Southern California Edison, prepositioned their snow removal equipment in a strategic location this past Friday, and they are expected to open up Kaiser Pass Road, tomorrow.
The former owner has a responsibility to provide a working water system, so he and a few of the 2022 staff are going into the resort tomorrow providing we can get in or past the snow removal crew.
The plan is to take in a generator for power and one of our large RV trailers that will become a rental once we open.
Thursday is go day, as many of our new hires and seasoned past employees will be going in together as a vehicle convoy.
We are in the third year of a drought and that AIN’T GOOD!
The snow level/snow pack is shallow and way up in elevation, sitting at the 10,000’ level. Fortunately, the lake is not being drained, therefore it is being allowed to fill... however, as is always the case, the powers that be, will be ordering the discharge of the lake’s content, often sooner rather than later, as the region heats up and demands for electricity to run those air conditioners becomes overpowering.
The danger for fire is real and already at a dangerous condition. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions of trees that burned during the Creek Fire in 2020, are ticking time bombs.
The weird thing was that in December, California (Mammoth Lakes in particular), received a record amount of snowfall for the month of December- 16 feet in 31 days! SIXTEEN FEET! I know this figure painfully well, because I went there and shoveled snow to help my past employer out with his absentee homeowner maintenance service.
January was- weather wise, diametrically opposite... receiving the least amount of precipitation ever, in California’s recorded history!

No where in our discussion did I say to feed illegals that just came here over citizens.

After some digging, I made the comment about what’s in the Flores Settlement Agreement that was the basis of sending foodstuffs to the border.
In fact, I started out by saying “NOW he follows immigration law ?”.
The Constitution is also interpreted and implemented by other laws and regulations.
I just showed you a spit load of regulations regarding immigration, a law which had been revised again and again. That includes Flores.
Let’s see if anyone takes it to the courts to question if this is Flores related or not.
Let’s see if the legislature tries to fix Flores in this matter.
I’m guessing neither is going to happen.

I know how hard it is o give those magazines up.
Had a collection of Christas magazines and gave them up about 5 years back, so many great ideas.
