I can’t figger out if the prosecution wants Maxwell to ,or not to, name names. But whittling her sentence down to 55 max and giving her an upgrade on the cell isn’t much of an incentive. Curious how long the sentencing phase is taking. Maybe it will coincide with Sussmann copping a plea?
