the leak was well planned because the DEMS know they are done and seriously out fund raised. This is just a fund raising gimmick. Its all they have left.
The identity of the leaker is almost certainly already known. LEOs probably have video of them copying the draft opinion on a printer at the Court, and are whispering it around D.C. to find out how to handle it (politically, of course).
