There’s a great, detailed, description in “The Savage Kingdom” about how the Indians in colonial times took care of weasels like this: Spread eagle, build a fire, cut off pieces and throw them into the fire, throw the scalp and face last. Do it in front of a survivor to spread the word about minding ones manners. Wood chipper might be too fast.
