Well I’m sure the American elite class is ready with either their own personal bunkers or an escape hatch to one in New Zealand or Patagonia, but the rest of us are screwed. Probably won’t matter because the ensuing nuclear winter caused by the huge amount of debris generated will kill anyone who manages to survive the blast itself.
Truth is if missiles were heading this way I doubt very much that they would even tell anyone just so that they could get in their vehicles and head to their planes to be able to make their escape.
